BAKING FRENCH COOKING WORKSHOP

Price: $95 (3 hour workshop includes sit down time to eat food)

On the Menu: 

·       Macarons filled with ganache

·       Custard-filled Profiterols

·       French Sable Pastry Wagon Wheel Tarts

·       Guest pastry chef will demonstrate how to layer a cake

Our very own resident Pastry Chef will be leading the way with how to make the perfect macarons, crispy profiteroles, old time favourite wagon wheels and Guest Chef will demonstrate how to assemble a naked cake.


This class is hands on combined with a master class demonstration. You will be working in small groups with close supervision and support from Sophie.
