Cooking Workshops

Gather your tribe, colleagues or neighbours for a fabulously fun and delicious workshop learning new recipes and a healthy way of eating!

We cater for groups – just email us your preferred dates and times and we’ll do all we can to accommodate your group. We organise workshops for a minimum of six participants and a maximum of 20 – give or take a little, tailoring the event to your needs.

Food connects people like nothing else! You may arrive not knowing anyone, but by the end of the event, you’ll know everyone! We cook, we learn and then we sit together and enjoy the fruits of our labour!

Adult Workshop Costs:

$140.00pp includes cooking lesson and then gathering around my table together and sharing the food!

Fern Bay:

30 March – 5pm to 8pm

26 October 5pm – 8pm

Our Kids Cooking Workshops are filled with hands on cooking, demonstrations and harvesting from the garden as well as collecting eggs from our hens.

We will talk about the importance of growing our own produce and the benefits of this, why we need bees to pollinate our gardens and what we can do with our organic produce in the kitchen.

Once back in the kitchen, we will all take part in creating two recipes, one savoury and one sweet and then gather around the table to share the food.

Your kids will not go home empty handed, they will take left overs home with them and they will also be gifted with one of my authored Kids Reading Books inspired by a particular culture around our world.


Our Kids Cooking Workshops run during the school holidays, but we are open to the idea of a weekday afternoon workshop or during the weekend of your choice. Please email us at – info@insofiaskitchen and send through your requests and we will do all we can to accommodate you.

Kids Workshop Costs:

$75.00 – creating two recipes, sit around and eat together, take a walk around our organic garden and collect veggies and eggs from our chickens PLUS receive a copy of Sophie’s culturally inspired kids book valued at $30.00.
