Born in Sydney, Australia, Sophie started cooking in her mother’s kitchen when she was just seven years old, developing a love for baking cakes and Greek sweets for those special occasions. After raising her three daughters and passing on her skills and love of cooking, she is now an author of children’s picture books and various other books specifically written for developing countries.
